About Ardfert Motor Works

Ardfert Motor Works has been part of the local community for over 25 years. What started as a family business is now into its second generation, and that continuity matters. It means the values that built our reputation are the same ones guiding every job we carry out today.

We’re a small team, and that’s something we’re proud of. You’ll always deal with someone who knows your car, remembers your face, and gives you a straight answer.

Welcoming to everyone

One of the things we hear most from our customers is how comfortable they feel bringing their car to us. We have a strong base of female customers who tell us they appreciate being spoken to clearly and honestly, without jargon or pressure. That’s just how we operate, with anyone who comes through the door.

Our reception area is clean and welcoming, parking is easy, and if you can’t make it to us, we offer collection and delivery within 6km, subject to availability. We also have a courtesy car available for those who need to get on with their day while we take care of the work.

Experienced, equipped, and trusted

Being established for over 25 years in the Kerry area means we’ve seen and worked on most makes and models. We use Autel diagnostic tools for fast, accurate fault finding, and we work with Castrol and Unioil lubricants, so the quality of what goes into your car is never something you need to question.

When it comes to servicing, we follow the manufacturer’s schedule to the letter and so keeping your warranty intact and your car running as it should. We use original equipment parts and adhere to manufacturer warranties on all parts fitted.

A genuine alternative to the main dealer

If you’ve been heading to a main dealer out of habit, it’s worth knowing what Ardfert Motor Works offers: dealer-level care, shorter lead times, a friendlier experience, and without the dealer price tag. We’re conveniently located in Ardfert, just minutes from Tralee and easily accessible from across County Kerry.
